Acroyoga Fundamentals with Lori & Sunshine

Join us for a beginner friendly AcroYoga playshop that teaches you the FUNdamentals of weight sharing, counterbalance, basing, flying and spotting. Combine the mindfulness of breathing in yoga with your playful inner child. Build strength, flexibility, balance and trust. You can come with a partner or solo.  We often work in groups of three or more for safety and support.
