Sacred Swamp with Rage Ritual with Esme Celeste

The degree to which we hold our anger, our sorrow, and our shame in solitude has created an epidemic. By coming together and reclaiming our right to relish in the full range of the human experience, we celebrate and empower each other.

In this Sacred Swamp with Rage Ritual, we will use somatic practices to feel, express and approve of the feelings that are often suppressed, ignored, and feared - rage, grief, and pleasure - in a way that heals and connects us in our shared humanity. 

Come prepared to claim power through vulnerability and sisterhood including embodied transformational practices, clothing optional expression, and sacred dance.

Additional Invitations: 

•Dress to express - a zippered hoodie to sulk in, knee pads if you want to tantrum, and something swanky underneath that, if/when revealed, makes YOU feel turned-on. 

•Bring pillows for screaming into, punching, or thrashing.
