Yin Yoga Immersion & Training with Angela Schuster

Join Angela Schuster for a three week Yin Yoga Immersion + Teacher Training. This program is intended for both students of yoga and teachers. Yin Yoga is a passive practice of asana to tend to passive tissue, bone, tendons, joints and ligaments. In Yin Yoga, we are able to shift subtle body energy and mindfulness through stillness and breath. Yin Yoga is holistic and intelligent, pulling from direct experience, wisdom traditions, and science.

For three long weekends at the Little Yoga Studio in Boulder, CO you will develop your unique voice as a teacher, learning the tools to intelligently teach yourself and others the incredible practice of Yin Yoga.
