Deposits are nonrefundable, but are applicable to another LYS immersion or teacher training within 2 years.

Full payments are 1/2 refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the course, with the deposit amount nonrefundable, but applicable to another LYS immersion or teacher training within 2 years.

We reserve the right to approve students. For those not admitted into the educational program, their deposits or payments will be returned in full.

Though we do not foresee problems with our students, should a student be unable to complete a program outside of hardship or acts of god, there will be no refunds. If a student is asked to leave the program, they will be refunded the remaining amount, pro-rated by date (for example, if the program is 5 weeks and $500, and the student is asked to leave after week 2, they will be refunded 300), less a 4% administration fee.

For those who are not accepted into the programs, their deposits will be refunded in full.
